data will be processed by Immobiliare.it Insights S.r.l. (hereinafter,
“Immobiliare Insights”), with registered office at Via Carlo Farini 41,
Milan (MI), Italy, VAT no. 06780840481, acting as Data Controller
pursuant to art. 4(1)(7) of the GDPR.
Purposes of the processing
The personal data collected (first and last name, email address and,
where provided, company) will be processed in order to allow
Immobiliare.it Insights to send the Market Monitor requested by the
data subject.
Legal basis for the processing
The processing of personal data is necessary to allow Immobiliare.it
Insights to provide the service requested by the data subject and to
send the Market Monitor (see art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
Data recipients
The data collected may be disclosed, solely for the purposes for which
it is collected, to third parties or categories of parties acting as
Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR, or as persons
authorised to process the data pursuant to art. 29 of the GDPR.
Data retention period
The data will be retained for as long as strictly necessary to fulfil
the purposes for which it was collected.
Rights of the data subject
Data subjects have the right to request at any time access to,
rectification or erasure of their personal data, or restriction of its
